Cajun Cedar Log Cottages are nestled in the heart of Margaree Forks on the famous Cabot Trail. We are across the road from the Margaree River, within walking distance from the McDaniel fishing pool. The river is also ideal for swimming. We are surrounded by sandy beaches, only 8 minute's drive away with beautiful sunsets.

Margaree Forks is central to Inverness, Cheticamp, Mabou, Baddeck, and Pleasant Bay, which makes it the ideal spot. Close to us are whale cruises, music festivals, ceilidhs, horseback riding, the National Park for hiking trails and scenic tours, the Alexander Graham Bell Museum, waterfalls, paddle boarding, tubing on the river, many golf courses, like the Bell Bay, Cabot Links. Cabot Cliffs, Le Portage, and more.

We are 8 minutes from Margaree Harbour wharf, where you can get fresh lobster from May to the first week of July.
